Dr. Alisha Armstrong
DNP, NP-BC-APRN-CANS | Owner & Medical Injector, Premier Medical Aesthetics
Dr. Alisha Armstrong earned her Master’s degree at Vanderbilt University in 2008, where she worked as the Trauma Team Coordinator at Vanderbilt Children’s hospital before relocating back home to Chattanooga, TN. In 2013, she earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from UT Chattanooga. Dr. Armstrong has experience in adult surgical internsive care, adult and pediatric emergency/trauma, pediatric intensive care and neonatal intensive care, as well as the field of aesthetic medicine. After training with some of the top aesthetic injectors in the country, she decided to open Premier Medical Aesthetics. Dr. Armstrong is not only passionate about providing quality aesthetic procedures and care, but also doing so in an environment that is welcoming and fun for every person that enters the door. Her goal is to help every client she encounters feel safe while they are in her care, and beautiful and confident when they leave.
In 2019, Alisha completed her training and board certification to be a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, making her the first CANS nurse in the Chattanooga area. She has completed multiple cadaver labs, including Dr. Chris Surek’s Intensive Advanced Injection Academy lab in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is a national trainer for both Revance Aesthetics and Prollenium, which allows her to travel all over the country teaching other health care professionals her injection expertise.
Alisha is a proud 1999 Baylor School graduate, and is a former Miss Chattanooga & Miss Hamilton County. She is the wife of Ryan Armstrong and mother to Canon & Cruz.
Christopher W. Chase, MD, FACS

Dr. Chase is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. Specializing in all aspects of aesthetic plastic surgery, Dr. Chase brings over 20 years of experience to his exceptional outcomes.
Jessica Archer
Licensed Aesthetician | Skincare & Anti-Aging
Jessica Archer is a licensed aesthetician who specializes in skincare and anti-aging treatments. She graduated from Franklin Academy in Cleveland, Tennessee and has attended advanced aesthetics classes in Atlanta and Nashville. Jessica is certified in microneedling, dermaplaning, advanced chemical peels, and eyelash extensions. When she's not working, you can find her spending time with her daughter, baking, or going on day trips.
Sheena Rowland
Master Stylist
Sheena is a hair guru of the beauty industry and has been a stylist and color specialist for almost 10 years. She has worked as an educator and platform artist for Sexy Hair Concepts and has worked many educational shows in the beauty industry. She has advanced training in the “Structure in Motion System” of cutting and attends training’s yearly. She loves to work with all types of hair and color. Her specialties are corrective color and specialty upstyles. Her goal is to make each and every one of her clients look and feel beautiful.
She is married and has 4 beautiful children.
Jordan Dematteo
RN, MSN, FNP-C
Jordan is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing at Middle Tennessee State University. Jordan has worked in the medical profession for over 9 years and has experience as a practitioner in both family practice and women's health. She is passionate about empowering and inspiring women to feel their best self.
